Street with direct access to the famous promenade "Monciak"

The building was built in 2006 and has a garage hall and elevators. The advantage of the building are also beautiful, new, exclusive and clean staircases.
It is undoubtedly the most exclusive residential complex in Sopot, located about 300 meters from the beach and the Sopot pier.

Luxury equipment of the apartment is made with great care, exclusively from natural materials: solid wood furniture, artistic blacksmithing and wooden stylish parquet, stained glass. Apartment is finished with elements of plaster stucco  and natural stone. The apartment with air conditioning of approximately 42 m2 is designed for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults , it consists of a living room with sleeping annex, kitchenette and bathroom. There are one double bed and a one double sofa bed in apartment.
